The CAFK Program's primary goal is to raise more than $25 million in funding from foundations, corporations, sponsors, government grants, national donors and local donors. The money raised will pay for Free Purifan Clean Air Systems and five years of filter service for the school. As soon as part of the money is raised, the first schools to sign-up will be the first to get the free classroom air filtration systems. The goal is to prove the impact of healthier classroom air on absenteeism and student performance. The CAFK Program plans to sign up schools representing more than 10,000 classrooms and 200,000 students, so the combined need justifies a larger contribution of funds from the target sponsors, grant providers, government agencies and foundations.
